At 21:00 p.m. on April 9, 2021, the second phase of the 2021 China-US Student Leaders Forum jointly held by Shanghai Dianji University and the University of Northern Iowa started as scheduled. After the first round of interaction last week, teachers and students from both sides have fully integrated into the discussion and exchange mode of this forum.
The forum officially started with the introduction of Prof. Wang Shuo of business school of SDJU and Katie of the United States. Both China and the United States made speeches on the theme of the second session of the forum educational environment. First of all, the American students gave us a comprehensive introduction to the campus environment and learning atmosphere of the University of Northern Iowa. The two presiders showed us a university with elegant environment and strong academic atmosphere through detailed explanation of the department setting, curriculum arrangement, score composition, training program, daily learning and life, and so on, together with lively promotional videos and pictures Environmental Science.
From an academic point of view, our students deeply analyzed the education environment between China and the United States, especially the impact and influence of the daily education environment under the background of the new coronavirus and the new opportunities. The other students analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese and American education from the differences of educational environment between China and the United States. Chinese and American education should adhere to the principle of seeking common ground while reserving differences, learning from each other and learning from each other.
Through this Sino US leaders forum, the universities of both sides have further enhanced their understanding, and the relationship between the two universities has become closer and more harmonious, which has laid a solid foundation for more in-depth inter school cooperation and exchanges in the future and successfully completed the expected goals.
